At “S’Pfennili”, we serve specialties in the pan, just like in the good old days: countless varieties of rösti and spätzle invite you to indulge yourself. Back then, families in the Montafon valley always ate straight out of the pan. We have drawn our inspiration from that quaint and pleasant way of eating. And, of course, all of the best-known classics are available. We source our meat and dairy products from our very own farms here in the Montafon Valley, as well as from Metzgerei Salzgeber in Tschagguns. Wherever possible, we serve food that is both regional and sustainable. We also make a conscious effort to provide vegan and vegetarian dishes. These are marked accordingly in the menu. For our VINNOVA wine menu, we have selected some good wines for you, mainly made from South Tyrolian and Austrian grapes.
