Alpine cuisine has - of course - not been exempt to new influences, meaning new meat varieties and developments in cooking technologies. These changes have changed our cuisine long-term and have made it more contemporary. We follow the path of modernised tradition and remember our regional roots. Restaurant Adler in Vaduz is one of the principality of Liechtenstein's most famous and traditional hospitality establishments. The family-run restaurant, which was built in 1908, is now run in the 4th generation and supports traditional values without seeming old-fashioned. The cosy premises exude a feeling of modern rustic comfort, inviting guests to remain for sociable and enjoyable hours among friends.
