The apartmenthouse opened at the beginning of 2019 and is located in south-east of Graz, directly in the opposite to Magna Steyr. Within 5-8 minutes by car you can reach the highway as well as the „Grazer Stadthalle“-event center. Graz down town with it´s famous sights are just 7km away. The on site parking area is free of charge. The stylish building accommodates 11 classy and functional flats in different sizes for 1-4 guests. Each home convinces with free wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette including a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop and „Nespresso“-coffee maker. Furthermore every unit is equipped with a bathroom with shower, toilet, dining- or working table, flat screen, safe, and overhead cooler/heater. In addition the superior apartments offer a comfortable and extendible couch and our deluxe apartments offer two seperate bed rooms, each with real double-/twin beds. For a self-contained arrival and departure you´ll use a cashless 24h check in/out machine. As a self-caterer the two snack vending machines with cool drinks, snacks and coffee/tea are a benefit. A bakery is available next to the building and a supermarket and a gas station are nearby. By using the public transfer (bus 34) you can reach the city center. With bus (line 74) you can reach the shopping center "Murpark" and from there you can take the tram ( line 13 and 4) to "Merkur-Arena" and "Stadthalle"-event center. Beyond that, the airport is just 7km away. The TT-rooms apartmenthouse offers the perfect starting position for a short trip or a long stay in Graz.
