SECCO Bistro is a family-run project in Hall in Tirol that was opened in June 2022. It is a modern Bistro inspired by the French gastronomic culture "Art de Vivre". The menu offers contemporary dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients and served tapas style with sharing concept. The kitchen is headed by Johannes Nuding, who came from London, where he received his 3rd Michelin star in the "Lecture Room and Library" Sketch. Back in his home town of Hall in Tirol, SECCO Bistro is not the only project his wife Lilit and Johannes have opened. In July 2022, the newly remodelled restaurant Schwarzer Adler in Hall in Tirol has open its doors to guests, offering gourmet set menu and an interesting wine list from all over the world.
