Haus Marjanne is in a quiet location and the center of Niederau is just a four-minute walk away. Our house is ideally located for skiers and hikers, because the ski lifts are close nearby. There is also a good bus connection to the two other ski resorts - Ski Juwel Alpbachtal / Wildschönau. Close to our house you will find restaurants, supermarkets, après-ski bars and shops.
