Walking distance, lake Ahorn, cross country track and skibus stop in front of/behind the house. The way back by ski is possible until front door. The spacious ground floor double and 3-bedrooms have shower/WC, calbe-flatTV, hair dryer and safe. Fridge for guest use and breakfast room are also on ground floor. For summer there is a terrace with breakfast in the sun. One apartement and a smaller double or single room are on 1st floor. The apartement of about 44 m2 and modern furniture has a kitchen, living room, south facing balcony, cable-flatTV, a double bedroom and shower/WC. Above is a further bedroom with a single and bunk beds and a small wash bassin.
