The West Alp Westendorf with its annex Schwaigeralm is located 1.000 meters above sea level and provides a spectacular view overlooking Westendorf. Down to the village it is only about 1.7 kilometers. Westendorf is located in the Brixen-valley and is part of austrias largest coherent skiing area ,,Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental". About 280 kilometers of well prepared slopes are waiting for you. The West-Alp Westendorf with its outbilding Schwaigeralm is located right at the Alpenrosen-slope. Ski in & ski out is possible on snow reliable days. In the main building you can find 5 spacious and cosy apartments from 45 sqm to 160 squ for up to 14 persons. The Apartments provide several bedrooms, minimum 1 bathroom, a living- and dinig area, a kitchen as well as a balcony In the annex Schwaigeralm there are 1 single room, 7 double rooms, 9 Studios, a panoramic apartment and 1 multi-bedroom. Almost all rooms do have a balcony or terrace access. The Brixen valley offers a landscape which is rare to find. Modern ski lifts and snowmaking systems ensure pure skiing fun! A dream for winter enthusiasts and ideal for winter hikers, snowshoe hikers, and ski tourers. Cross-country skiers will be enthused by the high altitude cross-country trails on 1.300 meters above sea level. Trendy tyrolean cuisine. We serve you a regional cuisine with traditional and innovative influences. Trendy food like our pulled pork Burger can also be found on our menu as well as beef tartar, prawns-Pfander'l and West-Alp Tapas. Traditional classics like spare ribs, roasted black pudding, sunday roasts or home made Buchteln are available also. On draught we have Hofbräu beer and Maisel's wheat beer. Austrian wines and Schnaps from the region complete our gastronomic concept.
