Visiting the "Blaue Gans" (Blue Goose) is just like a short holiday. Our Chef de Cuisine Martin Kugler and his team will spoil you with a perfect combination of Pannonian and Mediterranean food; down-to earth, yet with impressive finesse. We place particular emphasis on regional products - wine, fish, beer, and others - which we purchase from suppliers just around the corner. We take great pride in our wine list and a wide variety of sparkling wines and champagne. Weather permitting, the view from our terrace across Weiden's cosy lakeside marina will make you forget the daily hustle and bustle.
