Wake up every morning to a wonderful view of the snow covered three thousand meter mountains of the National Park Hohe Tauern. NEW! Our house includes a generous wellness area with sauna, solarium and heated jacuzzi in the garden! (for more information click "WELLNESS" on the left) "LIVING WATERS" - the idea of the nature researcher Johann Grander - which pleasant effect will surprise you. Hearty or light - our abundant breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. The favourite meeting points of our guests are: the house bar, sitting and fireplace library room, where you can have a pleasant get together. You can have a delicious grill party on the terrace or in our Garden Pavilion. There is plenty of room for children to run around and have fun in our large garden with a wonderful play ground. Check yourself up in our fitness room with a large number of activities as well as table tennis. We offer you the free use of bicycles, bob sleighs, 3 sand tennis courts, a Fun Park as well as free entrance to the solar heated open-air Hinkelstein swimming pool or the nature lake in Niedernsill. We have plenty of car parks, a cycle garage and a ski-room with a ski boot dryer.
