The Pinzgauer Hütte offers local and international nature-loving guests a special mountain lodge experience on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and tempts with fresh and regional cuisine. There is a playground and a petting zoo for children, and adults can also soak up the sun on the large terrace. Away from the slopes, the hut is located in the middle of the Pinzgau grass mountains and can be reached using a ski path. Snowshoe hikers and ski tourers can also reach the Pinzgauer Hütte via Piesendorf. In summer, there are various hiking trails, trail paths, and mountain bike or e-bike routes that lead to the hut.
