The Brandalm is picturesquely situated at 1,600 m above sea level in the middle of the Ramsau alpine pasture area at the foot of the Dachstein. The magnificent mountain scenery and the fantastic view of the Dachstein south walls and the Schladminger Tauern invite you to linger on our sun terrace. The warmth of the tiled stove and the warm hospitality in our cozy parlor feel soothing while listening to real folk music. As proud farmers we spoil our guests with our own organic beef products. We are also known for our regional specialties, especially tasty is the sweet Bauernkrapfen. In the colorful alpine world there is always something to discover for our little guests at the natural children's playground with tadpole pond, our own children's alp with slide, tunnel and swing. Above the Brandalm, the Dachstein Kircherl and the mountaineers' memorial nestle lovingly in the beautiful natural landscape and commemorate the mountaineers who have fallen in the Dachstein region since 1879.
