Experience the processing and refinement of valuable hay-milk to cheese, butter & co in the exhibition dairy. Sample tasty spoonfuls of our creamy yoghurt & fresh milk variety at the "Genusslöffeln" and enjoy delicious delights, made from our own products in our restaurant "Sennereiküche".
