Located in a picturesque natural setting, just off the border with Italy and Slovenia, in the town of Hermagor, in Austria, our guesthouse offers you ideal conditions for comfort and recreation, regardless of the season. We are a small family business. We enjoy sharing our house with our guests and we want to have the chance to consider our guests as future friends. Our motto and guide is Check-In as a Guest, Check-out as Friend. The accommodation we provide to tourists is placed in a completely refurbished villa that preserves the area’s style and architecture. The pension can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is ideal for group holidays. Accommodation is made in 4 newly furnished bedrooms and one living room. There are 3 fully-equipped bathrooms plus 2 other toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/entertainment room. We are here to allow our guests to have a unique and relaxed experience, making them wish to return. We provide support, tips, ideas, and local advice from our experience.
