The near-center, almost quiet accommodation is located on a 5000 m² flat plot with parking. The swimming pond in the garden is 23 x 8 m and is also suitable for small children (but not fenced). Next to the swimming pond, a covered pergola invites you to linger. Many an evening has been spent here in good company with a glass of good wine. Opposite the house there is a bike path along the Great Tulln to the Danube and on to Passau or Budapest. From here you can also go on hikes to the Buchberg with a shelter and lookout or the Kohlreith. Ultimately, it is a good starting point for all activities.
