The BMW plant in Steyr is the largest engine plant of BMW Group and competence center for diesel engines. 3, 4 and 6 cylinder petrol engines and 3, 4 and 6 cylinder diesel engines for BMW and MINI are developed and built here. The engines are delivered to other BMW Group plants around the world. Plant tours take place Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm after previous booking.
