ENJOY IMANIGATIVE SEASONAL DISHES Our dishes are predominantly inspired by our local Alpine culinary tradition, often influenced by Mediterranean, Karst, and Pannonian cuisines, and showcase Slovenia’s culinary diversity. We prepare them by using contemporary culinary techniques, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, sometimes with the addition of those from further afield. We are happy to serve you either in our à la carte restaurant or on our outdoor terrace, spiced with the breath taking view on magnificent Julian Alps. CHEF JON ZUPAN Before becoming the chef at Restaurant Triangel he used to be a sous chef of Uroš Štefelin at Vila Podvin when it gained the attention of Michelin. He has gained his experience and knowledge working with well-known, established chefs from Slovenia and abroad. He has also constantly developed his skills by attending numerous training courses over the years at home and abroad.
