Collina Am Berg is a down-to-earth restaurant with a strong focus on Austrian products. During the season, Collina Am Berg uses almost exclusively wild game from local hunters, vegetables from Vienna, and fish from authentic wild-caught fisheries in Carinthia. The Porchetta made from a local pork belly is the signature dish of Collina, slow-cooked for hours on our in-house rotisserie.
