Our menu concept is simple yet innovative: we create vegetarian and vegan chickpea-based dishes inspired mostly by Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisines. Since 2017, when we opened our street food kitchen in Brunnenmarkt, Vienna, we have been serving tasty and supercharging vegan bowls like Chili Sin Carne or Sweet Potato, Spinach & Chickpeas Curry, creamy soups, vegan & gluten-free carrot cakes, but mostly we championed falafel, hummus, and tahini sauce. Recently we introduced ingenious eats like Black Beans Falafel, Cauliflower Shawarma, Za’atar Fries, Halloumi Fries and vegan Shakshuka (yes, it’s possible!).
