In crust we trust. Be ready for a deluxe burger experience at our 25hours burger truck set in the laid-back atmosphere right on the edge of Weghuberpark. We serve smashed burgers from our partners Kvetch. Kvetch was founded by the famous family Molcho – in particular Elior Molcho and his business partner Jan Hasler. Smash what? Smashed or in our case Kvetch’d burgers refer to the cooking method: the meat is placed on the hot griddle and flattened to create a very crispy crust. This results in a juicy and flavorful burger. Once you’ve tried it, it’s hard to go back to your usual burger.
