Zanoni & Zanoni is Vienna’s long‑standing Italian gelato house, founded in 1971 by Luciano Zanoni and his family. With roots tracing back to a farm in northern Italy, the gelateria has grown into a beloved local institution that blends authentic Italian techniques with fresh Austrian ingredients. The menu offers a wide range of specialties: classic “coppa” gelato flavors crafted with mascarpone, fruit purees, and chocolate swirls; creamy frozen yogurt options; espresso‑driven drinks such as the “Bombardino” and “Affogato”; and a selection of traditional Italian pastries in the “La Pasticceria” section, including millefoglie, torte della nonna, and Panna Cotta. Breakfast items such as eggs, pastries, and a full English breakfast are also available. The original branch is located at Lugeck 7, 1010 Wien, while a second outlet at Burgring 1 shares the same opening hours. Both locations serve their treats from noon to nine o’clock in the evening, welcoming guests for a relaxed “Gassenverkauf” experience in the heart of Vienna.
