Hopfenspinnerei is a very small brewery located in Waldviertel, the northmost part oft lower Austria, famous for crafts and beer. So what could be more obvious than brewing craft beers up here? Right. The owners bought a historic mill in 2020 and carefully built a state-of-the-art brewery within the historic walls. During opening hours you can buy bottled beers to take home or also enjoy the beers from tap. Female founder and brewer, family-run, all beers brewed on site.
