A'Sur restaurant is a small and cosy restaurant run by a couple with two different backgrounds. The concept is based on the Belgian background of Sofie, your host, and the Venezuelan roots of Moisés, the Chef. Both the interior, and the menu are created around these two different cultures and flavours. You can choose between the Terroir menu, which is a four courses menu, based on the Belgian local and seasonal products. Or you can discover the Roots menu, which is a five courses menu inspired by the South-American roots of the Chef. All the dishes are fresh and created with a lot of details. Most of the dishes are with fresh fish, just a few with meat. This is a small and very cosy restaurant with a personal touch, only 26 places are available, do make sure to reserve in advance!
