Amaaj is located in 't Groen Kwartier (Green Quarters). This former military base is a car-free park where garden rooms, orchards and green fields are the new lungs of a bustling town. Sergio Herman and Nick Bril opened two Michelin star restaurant THE JANE next door. A real Dutchmen, a half-Belgian, half-Dutch and 3 cats of dubious origins. The result? The cats are lazy, restrict themselves to squander, play and sleep. Sleep a lot. Are you in town for business or pleasure? Karen and Marco will give you a warm welcome. Amaaj, that's wonderful!
