Our kitchen stands for an abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables. Behind the cooking pots is Thomas Swenters, former chef of Upper Room Bar of The Jane, De Librije and Godevaart. He developed the menu together with Lori and experiments with many recipes that match the seasonal offer of the market. Do you just want to pop in for a delicious coffee or afternoon cocktail?
