It became the perfect metaphor for Chef Tuyet-Anh's mission and vision. She arrived in our country 17 years ago and quickly became known among friends and family for her extraordinary cooking. She "flavored" family dinners and parties, to the great satisfaction of her guests. The idea arose to one day start a restaurant, partly because of what Tuyet-Anh experienced when she visited "Vietnamese" restaurants in Belgium.
