The STORM museum cafe is the new 'place to be' in the Eilandje district. Comfortable leather benches invite visitors to reflect on their visit of MAS. But you can also head there with colleagues after a hectic working day or enjoy a moment of peace and quiet before or after a day's shopping on the terrace. Architect Kurt Hereygers used a mix of 'rich' and 'poor' materials for the cafe's interior: leather, oak, mirrors, multiplex and concrete, finished in warm hues. The eye-catching feature is the huge wall cabinet. The menu features small, healthy and seasonal fast food dishes in addition to Illy coffee, Oxfam Fair Trade juices and beers, alcoholic beverages and wine.
