The beach in Blankenberge is home to the only Pier in Belgium, and in fact the only one in western continental Europe. Belgium Pier, with its characteristic architecture, is completely surrounded by the sea and connected to the mainland by a 350m long promenade. This Listed monument is a unique venue with a restaurant and event hall.
