In the shadow of the Bruges Halletoren, 'Chocolatier Van Oost' opened its doors for the first time in the Wollestraat in 1992. Specializing in making artisanal pralines for over 40 years, you will find a wide range of both the classics, such as praliné, gianduja, ganaches, marzipan, truffles, orangets, etc ... But also new creations, such as ginger truffles, a ganache of blue gray tea, saffron, rose, violet, a chocolate caramel with salt flowers from the Camarque and our autumn specialty, cocoa dusted autumn notes.
