L'étage is the restaurant of hotel Nelson where non-hotel guests are more than welcome. This is located on the first floor where you can enjoy our seasonal daily menu in a unique place with plenty of natural light. Or would you prefer our Nelson menu with home-made shrimp croquettes, followed by a fried sole with crispy fries to end with a smooth Dame Blanche. Every afternoon we add our lunch menu and you can eat à la carte in the evening. On sunny days you can relax before or after dinner on our rooftop terrace with view on the polders or on the North Sea.
