About

Our (grand)mother Potenciana Manabat Fernandez is the inspiration for our eatery. Her cooking talent and her personality enabled her to travel the world from the Philippines to Israel, Belgium, Japan, Hawaii, Turkey and The United States of America. ‘Pot Mami’, the name of our restaurant, is a combination of the words ‘Pot’, which is the abbreviation for Potenciana, and ‘Mami’, which means ‘mother’ or ‘noodles’. Indeed, we aim to share our (grand)mother’s legacy and to serve fine noodles too! So our adventure continues, living our passion for cooking and introducing true Filipino cuisine and hospitality. We donate part of our profit to several orphanages, to charities for the elderly and to people in need. We would be honoured if you would join us on this beautiful journey. Mabuhay, welcome!
