In 2016, Pierre and Claude took over the Hotel de la Gare in Genval and today offer culinary dishes for the delight of our taste buds! Our Chef Éric Duroi has been passionate about cooking for over 20 years. He has worked in various establishments in the region. He even tried the American adventure. Éric has been at the hotel since 2017. His creativity and enthusiasm for a job well done make him an exceptional Chef.
