Choco-story Brussels
About
Choco-Story Brussels is a chocolate museum that takes visitors on an interactive journey through the rich history of cocoa and chocolate. From ancient Mayan temples to the invention of the famous Belgian praline, the museum’s immersive exhibits showcase over 600 pieces of cocoa‑related artifacts spanning five thousand years. Audio‑guided tours, available in eleven languages, accompany visitors through playful displays, live demonstrations of praline making, and chocolate tastings that let guests sample authentic Belgian pralines. In addition to the core museum visit, guests can engage in hands‑on workshops such as creating chocolate bars, lollipops, and chocolate drawings. These workshops, suitable for ages seven and up, offer personalized décor options and a chance to bring home a custom creation. Group and school visits are also available, with private tours and the option to combine tickets with the nearby Frietmuseum or other Brussels attractions. The museum is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the last entry at 5 PM. Online booking is highly recommended to avoid long queues, and tickets are included in the Brussels Card for visitors who wish to explore multiple Brussels museums in one visit.
