Welcome to an Airbus A320 recycled as a restaurant in the heart of Brussels! An incredible experience that will take you to the land of flavours and your imagination. Our chef Daniel Dupuis, formerly of the Palais Royale, will take care of your taste buds while the crew will make you laugh with their alternative "passenger announcement". The highlight of the show is the cockpit visit and an initiation to piloting for the most daring! Gastronomic autumnal 5-course menu : Apethisers: 2 "Chef’ surprise". Starter Poached chicken egg with popcorn texture and guanciale crumble or Fricassee of seasonal mushrooms with a sparkling chestnut broth Main course Acquerello risotto with ink, cuttlefish and squid - Cream of cockle and chorizo or Supreme of wood mallard with autumnal garnish, butternut mousseline Desserts Duo of chocolate - White chocolate cream and ganache - fresh mint or Pavlova with figs, blackcurrant chantilly sorbet and crispy meringue
