About
Our Food Truck's main objective is to offer real Belgian fries prepared and presented in a traditional way as we know how to make them in Belgium. The fries are cooked twice (poached and then seized) in beef fat for a unique taste and crunch. We also offer burgers made of fresh and artisanal products. All our meat comes from the Hoeve Cuvry farm in Dworp. We also have a wide choice of 25 sauces!
