Amai Comedy Club is the first real comedy club in Ghent. We have regular comedy events every week and a lot of them are in English. Amai Comedy Club is completely comedian-owned, so also the bar downstairs is run by comedians. Amai also has her own Improv Comedy troupe with a lot of professional improv comedians. The troupe plays improv both in Dutch and English. They offer improv comedy courses during the whole year. You can also organise teambuildings or workshops at Amai Comedy Club. We provide the teachers, you provide the students and afterwards you can have a drink. At out comedy events we try to put on a diversity of comedians. Travelling comedians from over the whole world stop by and join our shows. If you want to start stand up yourself you can join one of the Comedy Open mics.
