A unique place in the centre of Zwijnaarde: B&B d’Apotheeke find itself in a splendid house in witch was lodged for more than 60 years a pharmacy. The authenticity of certain elements exposed in the breakfast room (downstairs) and in the living room (on the first floor) refers to the history of this house. A suitable name was given for each of the three guestrooms: Opium, Passiflora and Bella Donna. The bedrooms have at one’s disposal a luxurious box spring and private bathroom with shower. Every morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread, house made jam, fresh orange jus and excellent local products. B&B d’Apotheeke is situated between the rivers Scheldt and Leie and this location is the ideal starting point for cyclists. Those who prefer to walk or hike can enjoy the beautiful nature of the Parkbos, situated south of Ghent, or the area of the Scheldemeersen, a varied river landscape. tThe tram brings you on a regular time schedule (every 8 minute)to Ghent.
