Dolce far Niente is a small( almost hidden) Sardinian/Italian restaurant,were we serve only fresh, a-la-minute typical food.With only ten tables, it is always recommanded to make a reservation."La Mamma " in the kitchen , Raffaele is the one serving you, and introducing you in the world of finest Sardinian wines! But here you will find also the pecorino Sardo, the typical pasta, l’olio de oliva E.V.from Alghero, the pane carasau , the typical wild herbs, etc etc,so that we can share with you a little part of "gastronomia Sarda" in ...Sint -Martens-Latem ! Feel “a casa” during winter time by the cosy fireplace, and in summertime sit outside for lunch/dinner in the wonderfull garden!
