Our AperoBar "Bardot" located in the heart of Hasselt offers a nice selection of Spanish Quality wines and Premium Cava with different high scores and nominations according to well-known wine critics. (Including Robert Parker the Wine Advocate and Guia Peñin.) We import our Torello Cavas and Wines exclusively from the wine estate in Spain. These cavas are of superior quality and are only “Reservas” and “Gran Reservas”. Our house cava is also served in various star restaurants from all over the world. But you can also drink a Fresh Pint, various Special Beers, Vermouth, Gin-Tonics, our Bardot Cocktail, Tequila, Rum, Vodka, a nice cup of coffee, various Organic Tea Blends etc ... at Bardot From 12:00 pm we serve little Tapas, soup and our famous Bardot Spaghetti!
