The Poke Bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish consisting mainly of rice, a set of vegetables and fresh raw fish or chicken. Here at Surfside Poké, we aim to offer this dish with high-quality and well-sourced ingredients, at reasonable prices and easily available for everyone. As we care about our customers (and their future generations), we believe it is important to minimize our negative impact and optimize our positive contribution to society. That's why we have implemented the following principles: - There should always be multiple vegan options available - The materials we use should be either completely biodegradable or 100% recycled and single-use plastics should be avoided. - Our foodwaste should be reduced to an absolute minimum and leftovers are therefore discounted in partnership with TooGoodToGo! Our Poké Bowls are the perfect proof that it is possible to eat both healthy and delicious.
