Le Bistro Martin is tucked inside the historic Martin ’s Dream Hotel in Mons, where a former chapel has been tastefully converted into a warm, stylish dining room. The rich, vaulted ceilings and stone walls echo the building’s ecclesiastical past, while contemporary furnishings create an intimate yet sophisticated atmosphere. The menu is a celebration of Belgian brasserie, highlighting local produce and masterful techniques. Guests can indulge in classics such as vol‑au‑vent, filet mignon and North‑Sea shrimp croquettes, as well as seasonal tasting plates that showcase the region’s finest flavours. Complementing the dinner experience is a lounge bar that opens from 4 pm to midnight on Tuesdays through Saturdays, offering cocktails, light fare and a relaxed social setting. Please note that the restaurant is closed from July 4 to August 31 each year.
