Sema Guest House
About
For nearly 30 years the Ruskovi family have welcomed guests from all over the world in the family Sema Guest House. Situated on a quiet street, just off the Old Town of Bansko, the house is a few minutes walk from the city center. The love of the family for the wood and natural materials defines the interior of the home. The eight guest rooms are situated on two floors, each of which has two apartments, one double and one triple rooms. Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the house, and each room has a private bathroom with shower, cable TV and a spacious terrace with mountain or garden views. On the ground floor there is a tavern with a fireplace where the family offers delicious homemade dishes and storage room for ski and snowboard equipment. The green garden offers places for relaxation under the shadows. In the winter months, skiers and snowboarders are provided with free transportation to and from the first station of the Gondola . The head of the family Mitko, who is a mountain rescuer, can always give advice for a pleasant walk in the mountains and the region. Special attention is paid to the cuisine in Sema. Passionate cooks and experimenters, Mitko, Dani, and Magi prepare homemade jams and juices, no-knead bread, make their own wine and rakia, brew home beer, etc. The products used for cooking are homemade or locally grown. The biggest pride of the family is the honeydew honey that Mitko and the hard-working bees gather in the oak forests of Strandja mountain near the villages of Sinemorets and Varvara (south-eastern Black Sea coast). Having turned their hobby into a profession, the family prepares with love and care healthy homemade dishes for their guests. Sema Guest House welcomes guests all year round, in a casual and friendly atmosphere. The place is great for those who love the comfort and warmth of a home away from home!
