A unique, fine dining restaurant located in a beautiful Bulgarian village. Chef Filip Zahariev is the owner and head chef, ensuring that the quality of the food and dining experience become an unforgettable life experience. The dinner includes a 7-course, set menu that consists of seasonal, local produce. The dinner may be topped off with an exquisite wine pairing, that is also from local wineries. As a compliment to our guests that dine at the restaurant, we offer a place to spend the night as well, in our renovated guest houses.
