A family run villa situated in a peaceful villa area. We can offer you a lot of activities or you can just have the most amazing peace and tranquility. Villa Sunrise has a selection of 4 bedrooms. Enjoy the sea facing rooms with almost 180 degrees panoramic view of the Black Sea. The rock beach is 1 min walk and the longest sand beach in Bulgaria is 10 min walk from the villa. Experience this sunrise! Imagine waking up with the beautiful view of the sun rising above the sea and the island. Going to make a cup of tea and finding a letter in a bottle from the sea. After going to the beach and feeling the sun shining from the sky and from the sand. Coming back in the villa and taking a shower outside looking at the beautiful view of the sea. Resting in peace and quite and in the afternoon following the breez going to discover the beautiful rock beach or the fresh mountains of Strandja, or having an amazing walk through the acient town of Sozopol. The villa is situated in a quiet villa settlement called Chervenka, 25 km south of Bourgas, 7 km north of Sozopol, next to the small town Chernomorec, where post office, shops, medical center, public transport, restaurants and other entertainment places are available. Far away from the noise and the many-storied hotels, you will find peace and romance among fine sand beaches, rocky gulfs and limpid sea water. No dangerous sea currents, fine sand and the sea bottom slopes gently. Villa Sunrise is a large villa within its own grounds. The ground floor includes а spacious living, dining and kitchen area (open plan). There is a TV, double sofa-bed,big dining table, big comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Also on the ground floor - a 3-beds room with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and an extra single bed, and 2 with twin single beds). All the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, own balcony and look out to the beautiful view of the sea, St. Ivan island and Sozopol semi-island. Further beds can be supplied on request .In each bedroom there is a little fridge for refreshments! There is free Internet for those who would like to stay in touch with the outside world. There is a new top floor that we are letting separately from the first two floors. It has it's own entrance, separated outside area and no inside connection with the first two floors, so that our different guests have their own space in the villa. There is various opportunities for water sports, surf and kite surf school, sea attractions and diving equipment for rent. Boat trips. Sozopol is one of the most attractive and oldest towns in Bulgaria, known as the town of artists and fishermen. Fascinating place, remarkable for its unique stone and wooden houses, with endless list of cultural events during the summer. Also known for the annual Apollonia art and music festival. The village of Ravadinovo, which has a horse base, lies only 5 km away from the villa settlement. Conservation areas and wildlife reserves, rich in rare plant species and unique rock formations. Those who like diversity can enjoy different attractive beaches along the southern coast. The owner of the villa can take you to catch mussels!!!
