Hotel MERDJAN is located on the shore of Dospat dam, within the Western Rhodope mountains in BULGARIA, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest! There is a pretty little town nearby, called SARNITSA. The hotel offers 15 rooms, of which 10 – doubles; 4 – triples and one quad room, on three floors. In addition, there is a private villa available that can accommodate ten guests. DOSPAT dam is located in the heart of Rhodope mountains in BULGARIA. At 1,200 m (3,900 ft) above the sea level, it is one of the highest dams in Bulgaria in terms of altitude, and, with its 22 km2 (8.5 sq mi) of water area, the second largest in capacity.
