Absinthe House is the first absinthe bar in Plovdiv,Bulgaria and the only one that offers a variety of absinthe, prepared in the traditional French ritual. The idea of opening the first absinthe bar is a representation of the right drink consumption, because absinthe is most enjoyable when properly diluted - absinthe is meant to be drunk as a light alcoholic aperatif. Absinthe is rarely drunk neat, and an absinthe fountain is an accessory used to deliver the required amount of ice-cold water into a glass of the high-proof drink. Fountains have long served as convenietn accessories that help unlock the beauty and style in serving absinthe.
