Above sea level, it is situated 2.0 Km away of the ski slopes and lifts "Sitnyakovo" and 6 km of the Gondola lift. The building there is several constructions and renovations that make the complex a modern and functional hotel - an excellent place for accommodation. Last renovation of the hotel "Royal" finished in 2014 year. The new furniture on the hotel rooms, changed interior of the lounge, restaurant, lobby-bar have created among the guests a feeling of comfort and style.
