Our story begins 15 years ago, when full of enthusiasm and many ideas we plunged into the depths of the dynamic and competitive Fast Food / Food To Go industry. Our first site in our native Burgas was rather modest and improvised, but built with a lot of desire and enthusiasm and soon after that it began enjoying great popularity. We went through all sorts of metamorphoses. We knew moments of both expansion and contraction. We trained dozens of employees, adapted our concept to a total of 11 diverse locations and spaces, including mall sites, street vendors with and without seating, shop in shop concepts, beach bars and pop-up events. After the extremely challenging Covid situation for the whole industry, we managed to keep 3 of our locations open without interruption to this very day. To date, we are proud creators of the first and only Bulgarian food brand with a focus on the single product pancake, which works with a successful scalable business model.
