The apartment is situated actually in the heart of the city of Varna, but the street is still quite quiet, as it is with dead ends on both sides. The beach is at a 15 minutes' walk . So, you can enjoy the amenities of the city and the ease of the breeze on the beautiful balcony with the flowers, overlooking the harbour and Cape Galata. Here on 80 sq.m. you have a living room with a dinette and a bedroom with double bed. Both rooms are air conditioned and have TVs. The sofa in the living room turns into a twin size sleeper (130x190cm). In the kitchen guests can use a coffee maker, microwave, a cooker with oven and a refrigerator. But still you would definitely prefer to spend the time under the sunshade on the pleasant balcony, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee and the flying by doves and seagulls. The bathroom is with shower, the toilet is separate. Bedlinen and towels are available. You could also benefit of the numerous restaurants and shopping options on the pedestrian area at minutes walking distance. The sea side garden is also just 15 minutes away. With the public transport (the bus stop at the Cathedral is 500 m away, at the railway station - 300 m) you could reach the resorts Golden Sands, Riviera, Saint Constantine and Elena and Albena.
