Specialty Coffee, 100% Arabica roasted in Varna. You can drink different types of specialty coffee on spot or take it for home. We started our business in 2019 as small coffee roaster in heart of Greek neighborhood in Varna. Roasting on spot in front of our customers make us popular between local and tourists. The green coffee is only Arabica from different regions around the world, mostly Africa and South America. We use to roast only high quality green coffee beans with SCA score (Specialty Coffee Association) above 80 points (max is 100). All our coffee is medium roast. This type of roasting is giving the best taste results, keeping the original coffee beans flavor and the specific roasting taste. At the moment we use to roast on the last model roasting machine from Probat (top quality roaster). Together with specialty coffee we offer and many types of tea. More than 40 types of tea you can taste on spot or buy for home. In our place we are offering tasty sweets and croissants.
