Apartment guesthouse Seapark Homes Neshkov is expecting its visitors in the new completely furnished holiday apartments – a combination of luxury, comfort and tranquility. The cosiness and homelike atmosphere we offer at our guesthouse will make your stay in the sеa capital Varna unforgettable. The Holiday Apartments are situated in the most pleasant part of Varna – the Sea Garden, in immediate proximity to the Varna-Golden Sands main road. There is a direct access to the sea, which is less than 300 m away from the estate. The center of the town and the resorts (Golden sands, St.Constantin and Helena) could be easily reached by public transport as the bus stop is only 3-4 walking minutes away from the building. In south-western direction there are luxurious house buildings and small family hotels situated in green park areas. Free parking places in front of the hotel. In the inner yard you can find the outdoor pool including children’s pool, pool beach with sun beds to relax on, park zone, children’s playground. The location is ideal for couples or families with small children, looking for a truly relaxing holiday. A modern shopping center with a sport complex and snack bars is just at a 2 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars are just a stroll down the road to the beach promenade and the golden sandy beach. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, the center of Varna is a short bus drive (10-15 mins) away and can offer numerous nightclubs. SeaparkHomes consists of 15 completely furnished apartments. Eight of them have a large living room with dining area and a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a built-in closet and one bedroom. Five of the apartments consist of a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a built-in closet and two bedrooms. On the two upper floors there are two maisonettes with two bedrooms each. Kitchens are completely equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, all kind of kitchen utensils. All apartments have large terraces, where our visitors could relax and enjoy the view. In the basement there are underground garages for rent. All apartments have air-conditioners, cable TV, safety box, telephone, Wi-Fi internet access. Breakfast is available on request and against additional charge.
